The Ram & Plunger are ground and HARD CHROME plated to avoid friction and rusting. Moving parts are fitted with provision of lubrication. Piston & plunger Roads are hard chrome plated and ground to mirror finish made of EN 8 material, the tolerance is h8. |

We use “TATA” make rectangular hollow section, the material of the section is as per grade YST 240. Doubling of side plates will also be done at suitable points where max. local bending and shear stresses are caused. There is no question of these rectangular hollow sections bending under worst condition of loading. |

We provide outer steel bushes inserted in the bore of the scissor arms and welded on its periphery. Inside the bush there is a porous C.I. bush in which there is a groove for retaining grease. |

All moving parts shall have proper arrangement of occasional and easy lubrication through grease nipples which shall be distinctly marked. |

Wheels are solid Nylon (UHMW) wide faced wheels, two of which will be steering type. Each wheel running on two reputed make ball bearings hermetically sealed. |

Every machine is thoroughly checked for any mechanical/structural defects and after being satisfied on all counts, raised to the specified height many a time on safe working load and, thereafter on overload, two/three times to ensure that the hydraulic unit is capable of raising the table to the specified height on overload, without any jerks and the entire structure is safe. |

After testing, the machines put up for inspection by the customer’s rep. if required by customer. |
